# Third-party material and attribution

Skygen.live contains or references material that is not owned by Skygen.live. That material is not licensed under Skygen.live's AGPL-3.0 software license or CC BY-SA 4.0 content license unless its owner separately permits that use.

## Minecraft / Mojang / Microsoft

Minecraft and related names, trademarks, game content, and assets are owned by their respective rights holders.

Skygen.live is an independent community website and is not an official Minecraft service. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

## Mojang Bedrock Samples

The Sound Generator, Particle Generator, Syntax Checker, and other technical reference features may use identifiers, syntax information, or technical data derived from Mojang's public Bedrock sample material.

Particle preview data currently targets Mojang Bedrock Samples version 1.26.50.4 and includes copied or derived particle definitions and directly referenced Minecraft texture assets used to identify the corresponding in-game particle.

The Bedrock sample files are copyright Mojang AB and are governed by Mojang/Minecraft terms. Skygen.live does not relicense those files under AGPL-3.0 or CC BY-SA 4.0.

## Minecraft particle textures and other game artwork

Particle preview textures and other Minecraft visual assets remain the property of their respective rights holders. They are present only to support identification and use of Minecraft Bedrock commands and are excluded from Skygen.live's own licenses.

The current Skygen.live favicon incorporates Minecraft-derived block artwork and is likewise excluded from Skygen.live's own licenses.

## Minecraft audio and sound previews

Minecraft audio, music, records, and sound effects remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Skygen.live may provide limited, on-demand previews of selected non-music sound events to help identify /playsound events. Those previews and their underlying game audio are not licensed under AGPL-3.0 or CC BY-SA 4.0.

Music and record-category events are intentionally not offered as hosted previews.

## External software used by the service

Skygen.live may use external tools such as FFmpeg and vgmstream for server-side media processing. Those projects are governed by their own licenses. Their inclusion in a local deployment or runtime environment does not place them under the Skygen.live licenses.
